Shipments are sent Tuesday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Orders are processed within one business day of being placed. Delivery options are calculated based on business days. Expedited orders must be placed before 12:00 p.m. EST to ensure same-day shipment.

Additional fees may apply for products requiring temperature-controlled (cold) shipping.

Each order will be shipped to one address only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Down to Earth Wellness Center proudly serves the entire United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. At this time, we do not ship outside of U.S. territories.

All of our shipping and product packaging is recycled from previous shipments, reflecting our commitment to minimize our footprint while maximizing our positive impact. We intentionally collaborate with vendors who share our values of sustainability and eco-conscious design.
